Workplace Wellbeing Support

More working days are lost to stress, depression and anxiety than any other work-related illness.

People experiencing mental health problems ranging from depression to schizophrenia can – and do – stay in work.

If you act to create a more healthy workplace and give your employees support when they show signs that their mental health is at risk you will improve retention, and save money.

Our bespoke consultancy service for employers helps you improve the productivity of your staff while safeguarding their wellbeing. We can help with:

  • Developing diagnostic tools that will support staff that are currently experiencing mental health issues in your organisation

  • Advising on increasing mental health disclosure in your workplace

  • Advising on management strategies including return to work issues and reasonable adjustments

  • Advising on workplace mental health mediation and support

  • Advising on the adoption and monitoring of an employee assistance program

Stress audits

  • We can also conduct stress audits. The audit will be based on the Health and Safety Executive (HSE) management standards model and will draw on both quantitative personnel data and qualitative data derived from staff stress questionnaires.

Staff surveys

  • Using bespoke questionnaires we can undertake confidential staff surveys to assess the overall mental health and wellbeing of staff in your workplace.

Policy reviews

  • We can develop, evaluate and review your existing policies relevant to the area of stress and mental health e.g. recruitment, adjustments, sickness management and return to work policies.

  • We can also help your organisation devise and implement new policies around mental health, equalities and well being.

If you need help with any of this, just get in touch.
